A soldier meets a witch and acquires a magic tinderbox capable of summoning three powerful dogs to do his bidding. When the soldier has one of the dogs transport a princess to his room during the night. They fall in love, but the king discovers that they meet. The king wants a prince to marry his daughter and therefore he sentences the soldier to death. The soldier summons the dogs to save his life and marry the princess.
